Planning - Government backing down on 1 issue - so far

Whilst they have acknowledged that housing numbers should not be increased in the south, they are ignoring our need to take into account our green belt. If they don’t, we will be left with none in years to come. There will be no villages, just a massive sprawl of housing stretching from Rickmansworth. Will the government ignore this vital issue and simply plough forward with their deeply unpopular proposal that reduces residents opportunity to have their say on what is built locally to them? We have scoured their plans and along with most that have carried out the same level of investigation, sadly conclude that the Planning White Paper solely benefits developers.
